Students who have attended Northwestern State University since the summer 1985 have the option of sending transcripts by one of the following methods:
Electronic Transcripts All requests to send transcripts electronically must be submitted through Transcripts on Demand at https://iwantmytranscript.com/ This method delivers official transcripts within minutes after processing transcript requests submitted between 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. on Friday. In addition, this option offers quick delivery and avoids extra delivery charges for express mail. As the delivery option implies, the official transcript is formatted as a PDF and is digitally signed, ensuring authenticity and security. The cost to send an electronic transcript is $3.25 per transcript. For additional information on ordering your transcript online, please refer to the FAQ page (Frequently Asked Questions).
A list of network members who accepts e-script can be found at http://www.scrip-safe.com/products/electronic-transcripts/network-members.aspx.
Printed and Sent by US Mail With this option, requests are processed and mailed within approximately three working days after receipt of a written, dated, and signed request, provided the student is not indebted to the University. A limit of five official transcripts per semester will be furnished without charge. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each transcript requested in excess of five per semester. Processing transcript requests at the end of a semester may take longer. Students who only attended Northwestern State University prior to summer 1985 may obtain their official academic hard copy transcript by submitting a written, dated, and signed request.
